so obama basically stated that we need to stay in school and make it to our desired goal. It was reached esp. thru the factr that we dont need to give up no matter how many times we are rejected.I get that i can make it whereever i want to but putting my mind to it.And i believe that it changed their opionions

All of John Locke's writing are based on the people. the basis of it being natural rights. and he relates this thru the use of nature.this belief established the fact that people were born with rights that cannot be taken away from them. this statement alone is a well defined example of a contract.

constitution helpful....i doubt it

Personally i think that the constitution is full of legal loopholes. And african americans are screwed through out the constitution simple because we are label as chattle not even a person. we're property and not important in any shape form or fashion.But white people most likely tend to find it most helpful because it favors them in it.we are taught in school that the constitution is helpful and beneficial for everyone when in all actuality it only benefits white men that own land

I personally think that if you want to have sex in front of your roommate for your and their pleasure. Then that should be a choice made between you and that said roommate and also the person you are having sex with. I don't think that this is right. It is a choice of freedom of expression.This is a private matter. Its their sex lives. If my roommate wants to masturbate while i am having a sexual encounter with some lovely co-ed that is their business. I don't know what the board of the directors was thinking with this.

this whole murder death penalty thing

Ok...let me get on my soap box for a minute.
Ok first off I feel that the death penalty is right. If you kill someone you gonna die sooner or later.If you rape someone especially a little child when you get to jail your going to get raped. It all boils down to KARMA, if you do something bad something bad is most likely go to you.I am a firm believer in an AN EYE FOR AN EYE. Most people find it wrong because its not directly related to them but let their mother get murdered and then they would be a 100% behind the death penalty to get their revenge..so what if it revengeful and spiteful. I would be willing to pay for it to be done. Electric chair,beheading,tying them to a cinderblock and throwing them into the middle of a river many way to do it. Set them on fire for all I care. They committed a harsh crime so they deserve a harsh punishment.

Personally I think Former President Carter is right in his statement..most people are just disagreeing with President Obama because he is black but if it was John McCain with the same ideas it would've been all fine and dandy. And with the Kayne West incident, I personally disagree with the way he went about the situation but after thinking about it, I also know that all the "heat" he is getting from the media is wrong and is also unconstitutional but if he was to go to the supreme court with it..They probably find in favor of the media because Kayne is African American. So in other words the media handling this story in a slanderous one-sided way because the african americans might be getting interviewed to make uneducated "folks" think that o both sides are being told. this is neutral when all actuality the interviews are making the african americans look worst. For example Kayne West and his Jay Leno interview they brought up what would his mother think of the whole situation and basically KW starting crying..But he was in the process of telling his thought process of situation when Jay interrupt him. So in conclusion i believe that the media is nothing but a bunch of hypocritical idiots who think they know everything but actually only know half of the story
